  • Part Time Clinical Counselor

    Anuvia Prevention & Recovery, a non-profit Substance Use Disorder Treatment organization, is seeking interested candidates for a Part Time Clinical Counselor position in the Residential Treatment Program at the Samuel Billings Center. This is an awesome team that you’ll want to join! The work schedule for this position is Weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 10 hours per day. The primary role of this position is to provide substance use disorder treatment services for clients with substance use/mental health issues who are admitted to Anuvia’s Samuel Billings Center Residential Program. Services will be provided in accordance with established best practice guidelines. Anuvia provides paid leave and retirement benefits for eligible part time employees. To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:  Master’s degree in human services field or other field approved by the North Carolina Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB) and two years professional experience in field of substance use disorder counseling required. Must be fully license by NCASPPB as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS). Must possess verifiable knowledge of resources available in the community to support recovery.   • PRN LPN

    Anuvia is seeking a PRN LPN for its Detox & Residential programs at the Samuel Billings Center. Candidate must be a Licensed Practical Nurse by the state of North Carolina in good standing. A minimum of two years of experience is required, preferably in a related setting. Valid NC or SC driver’s license is required. Work days and shifts may be flexible while meeting operational needs.   • Custodian

    Anuvia is seeking a Full Time Custodian-Samuel Billings Center.  The primary role of this position is to provide cleaning and general upkeep of the physical environment of the Samuel Billings Center in an effort to reduce health risks to consumers, staff, and public. This position also includes light maintenance duties such as changing out faucets, small paint jobs and assembling furniture (mechanically inclined preferred).  Schedule:  2nd shift work hours with rotating weekends on 1st shift.  To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:  High school diploma, or G.E.D.  Six months of relevant custodial or maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.  2 years of custodial experience preferred.  Valid NC or SC Driver’s License required.  Interested candidates should send resume and letter of interest to john.horton@anuvia.org.  Anuvia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

  • SA Tech Part Time

  • Full Time Prevention Specialist – Prevention Services

    Anuvia has one full-time Prevention Specialist position available. Bilingual/bi-cultural candidates are sought. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating prevention programming in a variety of settings. For the positions, the selected candidate will be a graduate of a college or university with at least a bachelor’s degree in a public health or human services related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
