Chief Operating Officer
Anuvia Prevention & Recovery seeks an exceptional executive to join our leadership team as a Chief Operating Officer. This position reports to the CEO, and works closely with the Executive Team and Board of Directors to enhance, develop, implement and evaluate strategies that result in effective and efficient business and service delivery processes.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration. A master’s degree is preferred. Also required is a minimum of five years of experience managing both people and business operations including, but not limited to, accounting, finance, budgets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, office systems, and technology functions. Non-profit and healthcare experience is a plus, but not mandatory. This position normally works a Monday-Friday day shift schedule, with flexibility for evening or weekend assignments, and with a paid 30-minute lunch. A valid NC or SC driver’s license is required.
The ideal, qualified candidate should be able to quickly step in and learn and understand the organization’s programs, services and operational processes. Beyond superior operational insight and talents, in order to fit with Anuvia’s culture, successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong work ethic centered on being a collaborative leader and team player. Full Time Custodian
Anuvia is recruiting for a full time Custodian for the Samuel Billings Center. The primary role of this position is to provide cleaning and general upkeep of the physical environment of the facility. Job requirements and qualifications include a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and at least six months of relevant custodial experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. 2 years of custodial experience is preferred. Professional licensing/certification is not required for this position. This position works Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturday and Sunday. A valid North Carolina or South Carolina driver’s license is required. The primary role of this position is to provide substance abuse treatment services for individuals with substance use/mental health issues who are admitted to Anuvia’s Samuel Billings Center Detox Program.
