  • Clinical Supervisor

    Anuvia Prevention & Recovery seeks a full time Clinical Supervisor for the Residential Services Program at the Samuel Billings Center. A Master’s degree in human services field is required. North Carolina LCAS required.  Dual licensure and CCS preferred. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience is required. Complete 2nd Level Involuntary Commitment Examination as needed. Must have or obtain First Aid, AED and CPR Certifications. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and departmental policies and procedures are required at this level. Valid NC or SC Driver’s License required.     The primary role of this position is to provide clinical supervision to paraprofessional and professional staff providing direct care to consumers admitted into Anuvia’s Residential Treatment Program at the Samuel Billings Center.

    Some of the duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Manage the clinical functions of the Residential Treatment Program
    • Coordinate program clinical services with other state and local agencies
    • Assure compliance with established standards for clinical supervision and supervision documentation
    • Assure accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Federal, State and Anuvia policies
    • Participate in peer review processes and generate formative reports
    • Train, evaluate and manage workloads of direct reports
    • Enforce organization policies and procedures, and health, safety and security rules
    • Monitor consumer satisfaction with services delivered
    • Liaison with internal and external agencies and departments to ensure appropriate services
  • Clinical Counselor

    Anuvia Prevention & Recovery Center is seeking a full time Clinical Counselor for Day Treatment at Anuvia Main.  To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Master’s degree in human services or other related field approved by the NCSAPPB as meeting potential requirements for licensure as a LCAS.  Dual licensure preferred. Valid NC/SC Driver’s License required. Normal Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.

    Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to, conduct group therapy, multifamily group, and individual and family counseling for adults in the program. Provide ongoing assessment of diagnoses, clinical needs and levels of care. Develop Person-Centered and/or Service Plans for clients upon admission; review and revise plans with client and collateral input. Conduct psycho-education for clients and family. Responsible for entering data accurately into Anuvia’s client information system. Maintains appropriate client records and other documentation within time requirements.   • PRN LPN

    Anuvia is seeking a PRN LPN for its Detox & Residential programs at the Samuel Billings Center. Candidate must be a Licensed Practical Nurse by the state of North Carolina in good standing. A minimum of two years of experience is required, preferably in a related setting. Valid NC or SC driver’s license is required. Work days and shifts may be flexible while meeting operational needs.   • Custodian

    Anuvia is seeking a Full Time Custodian-Samuel Billings Center.  The primary role of this position is to provide cleaning and general upkeep of the physical environment of the Samuel Billings Center in an effort to reduce health risks to consumers, staff, and public.   • SA Tech Full Time

    Anuvia is seeking a Full Time SA Tech position.  The primary role of this position is to provide substance abuse treatment services for individuals with substance use/mental health issues who are admitted to Anuvia’s Samuel Billings Center Detox Program.  To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

    Education level: Minimum high school diploma. Associates Degree and CSAC preferred.  Two years of experience in substance abuse services or combination of experience and education.  Valid NC or SC Driver’s License is required.     Anuvia has two full-time Prevention Specialist positions available. The selected candidates will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating prevention programming in a variety of settings. For the positions, the selected candidates will be graduates of a college or university with at least a bachelor’s degree in a public health or human services related field.
