  • Full Time Clinical Support Specialist—Detox Program at Samuel Billings Center

    To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

    Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field. Masters level preferred. Two years of experience in substance abuse counseling.   • Full Time Clinical Counselor-Floater—Assessment Department at Samuel Billings Center

    To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

    Master’s Degree in Human Services and licensed as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) or hold another professional license in the state of North Carolina (LPC, LCSW) and be working towards LCAS. Fully provisional licensure as LCAS-A is accepted.   One year of experience conducting substance abuse assessments.  Primary workspace will be at Samuel Billings Center, but will cover at 100 Billingsley location as needed and as directed by supervisor. Day Shift schedule; works 5, 8 hour days per week; specific days per week to be discussed with hiring supervisor. May require working evenings if needed.     Anuvia has 2 full-time Prevention Specialist positions available. The selected candidates will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating prevention programming in a variety of settings. For each position, the selected candidate will be a graduate of a college or university with at least a bachelor’s degree in a public health or human services related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
