  • Clinical Manager

    Anuvia Prevention & Recovery is recruiting for a Full Time Outpatient Clinical Manager: Must be a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), licensed by the North Carolina Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board. Certified Clinical Supervisor is strongly preferred. Master’s Degree in related field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in the field of Substance Abuse and a minimum of two years of clinical supervisory experience is required. Candidates must possess verifiable knowledge of resources available in the community to support recovery and knowledge of state licensing statutes and pertinent Medicaid regulations, and have program development, implementation and management skills. Excellent attendance is required to be in compliance with State staffing ratio requirements. Valid NC/SC Driver’s License is required.

    Some of the essential job functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

    • Administrative supervision of assigned positions including hiring, ongoing supervision and performance management
    • Monitors the provision of services to address consumer’s immediate service needs and ensures services are provided in accordance with best business practices
    • Develops new clinical programming in response to the needs of consumers and innovative methods to enhance current programming
    • Conducts program evaluation and improvement activities
    • Assures accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Federal, state and county policies
    • Compiles reports such as quarterly progress reports and quality improvement and outcome reports
    • Advocates for the population through community education

  • Clinical Counselor

    Anuvia Prevention & Recovery Center is seeking a full time Clinical Counselor for Day Treatment at Anuvia Main.  To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Master’s degree in human services or other related field approved by the NCSAPPB as meeting potential requirements for licensure as a LCAS.  Dual licensure preferred.     Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to, conduct group therapy, multifamily group, and individual and family counseling for adults in the program. Provide ongoing assessment of diagnoses, clinical needs and levels of care. Develop Person-Centered and/or Service Plans for clients upon admission; review and revise plans with client and collateral input. Conduct psycho-education for clients and family. Responsible for entering data accurately into Anuvia’s client information system. Maintains appropriate client records and other documentation within time requirements.     Anuvia is seeking a PRN LPN for its Detox & Residential programs at the Samuel Billings Center. Candidate must be a Licensed Practical Nurse by the state of North Carolina in good standing.   • Custodian

  • Network Engineer

    Anuvia Prevention & Recovery, a non-profit Substance Use Disorder Treatment organization, is recruiting for a Full Time Network Engineer.  This is an awesome team that you’ll want to join!

    To be considered for this position, the following qualifications must be met: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or related field and 3 years of experience; or high school diploma and five years of experience required. In depth knowledge of computer software such as Windows (all versions), Remote Desktop Services, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Microsoft Hyper-V and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Cisco switches and firewalls. Valid NC or SC driver license required. Work days are Monday-Friday; flex hours to be determined.

    The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to all employees in maintaining work stations-functional and connected to the network; provide general network maintenance; maintain a system of file recovery in the event of a disaster; and assure daily back-up of files. Some of the duties of this position include: install/maintain servers, network, and storage devices. Provide project implementation, such as end to end implementation of network design concepts and system optimization. Provide input and expert opinion to Technology Manager, as needed. Provide technology training to staff and work independently with users to define concepts, teach, and train. Coordinate the organization of outcome evaluation data and assist in the preparation of reports, as identified.

    The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Cisco products and appliances; advanced knowledge of firewall Policies and Infrastructure; Cloud Infrastructure knowledge (Azure); and LAN/WAN/WLAN and Firewall Design, Implementation, and Support experience. SQL database maintenance and design is highly desired. Time management skills, along with active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking and professionalism are valuable skills to have for this position.
