  • Substance Abuse Tech

    Anuvia is seeking a Full Time SA Tech position.  The primary role of these positions is to provide substance abuse treatment services for individuals with substance use/mental health issues who are admitted to Anuvia’s Samuel Billings Center Detox Program.  To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

    Education level: Minimum high school diploma. Associates Degree and CSAC preferred.  Two years of experience in substance abuse services or combination of experience and education.  Valid NC or SC Driver’s License is required.   • Clinical Counselor

    Anuvia is seeking a Full Time Clinical Counselor in the Residential Treatment Program at the Samuel Billings Center.  The primary role of this position is to provide substance abuse counseling for consumers with substance use/mental health issues who are admitted to Anuvia’s Residential Program.

    Minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Field or other field approved by the NCSAPPB. Master’s preferred. Two years of experience in substance abuse counseling. Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor by the NCSAPPB is required. LCAS is preferred.  Good attendance is required to be in compliance with State staffing ratio requirements. Valid NC or SC Driver’s License is required.   • Part Time SA Tech

    Anuvia Prevention & Recovery Center is recruiting for a part time SA Tech to work a flexible schedule, irregular or protracted hours for its Detox and Residential program services.  This position works 3rd shift; up to 19 hours per week with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.  High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.  Prefer two years of direct healthcare experience with a preference for substance abuse experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.  Valid North Carolina or South Carolina Driver License is required.  Interested candidates should email letter of interest and resume to Jennifer.Jackson@anuvia.org. <EOE>

  • Communications Specialist

    Anuvia is seeking a full-time Communications Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and producing written and visual/multimedia content, managing the Anuvia website, developing quarterly newsletter, annual report, and brochures. Must have the ability to coordinate the production of electronic training, build relationships with media and communications partners, generate media advisories/press releases, and proactively pitch to outlets around key issues. Graphic design skills are beneficial. For the position, at a minimum, the selected candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a public health, health communications, or a related field.   • Maintenance & Operations Specialist
