Free Walk-In Counseling at Mecklenburg County Community Resource Centers

Anuvia is proud to partner with Mecklenburg County to provide accessible mental health services at Community Resource Centers throughout Mecklenburg County.

No appointment needed. No insurance required. Walk-ins are welcome and encouraged.

What We Offer

Licensed Anuvia counselors are available to provide individuals and families with confidential and compassionate mental health support. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, substance use concerns, or need someone to talk to, we’re here to help.

After your initial session, you can continue to access care either in person at the CRC or virtually—whatever works best for you. All residents can access up to eight free counseling sessions, regardless of insurance status.

Why This Matters

For some residents, accessing services during their crisis makes all the difference.

“They made it so easy to connect with the services when I really needed them,” shared one client. “They helped me feel like I had a safe space to talk about my current situation.”

We’re committed to meeting people where they are and providing support when they need it most.
