The Perfect Marriage: Addiction and Family Therapy

The goals of this session are to examine the relationship between addiction and family therapy and to explore the family’s impact on addiction and the family’s impact on the recovery process. Mindfulness for the Workplace and Substance Abuse Treatment

The goal of this session is to give an overview of mindfulness through hands-on activities, lecture and video. Activities in this presentation will include a breathing exercise, meditation, a relaxation technique, and a body scan. We will cover a few ways that mindfulness can be used in the office and in substance abuse treatment.
