Anuvia, a private, non-profit organization, promotes wellness in our community by providing compassionate treatment services of the highest quality to impact the disease of addiction. We are CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited and an affiliate of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence. Major funding is provided by the Mecklenburg County ABC Board. Anuvia offers a wide range of treatment services with flexible schedules, sliding fees and payment plans. All programs (excluding ADETS) administer breathalyzers daily and conduct random drug testing of participants.
- All programs meet NC State requirements for providing DWI treatment and education services.
- People referred to any of Anuvia’s treatment services who have had an assessment elsewhere can complete a screening and can usually start treatment services on the next treatment day.
- Employers may refer employees to Anuvia for alcohol/drug urine screening.
- Individual counseling sessions are available to compliment the treatment process.
- Other Anuvia services include Education and Prevention Services, Court Services; Drug Court related treatment, and Community Support.
